Shipping policy

1. Order processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a dispatch notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.


2. Delivery timeframes

Estimated delivery times are as follows. These are estimates and not guarantees — delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or circumstances outside our control.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Any applicable costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase, in line with EU transparency requirements.

4. EU consumer rights — delivery obligations

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, we are legally required to deliver your goods within 30 days of the date of your order unless a different timeframe was agreed at the time of purchase.

If we fail to deliver within this timeframe, you have the right to:

  • Request a new delivery within an additional reasonable period
  • Cancel your order and receive a full refund if delivery still does not occur within that period

5. Customs, duties, and taxes

For orders within the EU, VAT is included in the price displayed at checkout. No additional customs charges apply for orders shipped between EU member states.

For orders shipped outside the EU (including the UK post-Brexit), customs duties and import taxes may be applied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are outside our control. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.


6. Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at [avraskyn7@gmail.com] with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer you either a full refund or a free replacement — your choice. Under EU law, the risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you once the goods have been physically delivered. Until that point, the risk remains with us.

7. Incorrect delivery address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping costs may apply.
